When can I move my stuff in?

It depends upon the availability of the space matching your requirements. Once confirmed, you can move in anytime during our hours of operation. Start by booking your appointment on our booking page.
Are there any additional fees not listed?

No, all prices listed on the website include tax. There are no hidden fees.
What is the billing cycle

We bill on a monthly basis, on the first of each month.
Do you have any special discounts?

When you pre-pay 3-8 months in advance, we will give you 5% off your storage pricing and 9-12 months in advance, we will give you 10% off. Call and ask if we have any other offers.
How do I reserve/book a unit?

Booking a unit is very easy and only takes a few minutes when you come in. If you give us a call beforehand, we may be able to hold a unit for up to 24hrs.
Do I need to provide my own lock

Yes, you will need to provide your own lock. However, we do sell locks on-site.
Do you have a loading bay

We have a loading door where you can back your vehicle right up to the building and unload.
